There's a version of breakfast that tastes like dessert, takes 10 minutes, and gives you 10g of fibre before you've even added toppings. This is that breakfast.
The Apple Pie Bowl is one of our favourite ways to eat fiboli Cinnamon Applesies — and once you try it as a pudding instead of a shake, you'll understand why. The base is thick, creamy, and warmly spiced. The toppings bring crunch and a little sweetness. The whole thing comes together in a single bowl with a spoon and zero cooking.
We built fiboli because breakfast was broken. Most options are either loaded with sugar, stripped of fibre, or just... boring. Cinnamon Applesies was designed to fix that: real apple, real cinnamon, real fibre — in a format that actually works for real mornings.
This bowl is proof.
What You Need
Serves: 1 Prep time: 5 minutes Set time: 5–10 minutes Total time: 10 minutes
Base:
- 2–3 tbsp fiboli Cinnamon Applesies
- ¼ cup milk (any kind — oat, almond, and regular dairy all work well)
- ¼ cup plain yogurt (Greek yogurt gives the thickest result)
Optional add-in:
- A pinch of ground cinnamon, if you want extra spice
Toppings:
- A small handful of pecans
- A small handful of walnuts
- A drizzle of honey or maple syrup
How to Make It
- Add fiboli Cinnamon Applesies, milk, and yogurt to a bowl. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
- If you'd like extra warmth, stir in a pinch of ground cinnamon.
- Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes. It will thicken into a creamy, spoonable pudding — the yogurt is what makes the texture so rich.
- Top with pecans, walnuts, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
- Eat immediately, or cover and refrigerate overnight for an even thicker result.

Why It Works
fiboli Cinnamon Applesies already contains real diced apple and cinnamon — so the apple pie flavour you're getting isn't artificial. It's just what's in the bag. Combined with the protein and fat from yogurt, this bowl is genuinely filling in a way that most breakfasts aren't.
Each serving of fiboli delivers 10g of fibre and 13g of protein. No added sugars. Plant-based. Canadian-made.
The pudding texture comes from fiboli's fibre-forward ingredient base: chia seeds and psyllium husk both absorb liquid and swell into a thick, creamy gel — which is why the bowl sets so quickly. Flaxseeds add healthy omega-3 fats and extra fibre. Maca rounds out the nutritional profile with natural energy support. And pumpkin and sunflower seeds bring a serious hit of plant-based protein — the kind that actually keeps you full. It's a lot of work happening in one small scoop.
