fiboli™ is Safe Food for Canadians certified, so we can ship to every province.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping times
Delivery times depend on your location but most orders arrive within 2–6 business days after shipment.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your fiboli all the way to your door.
Delays
While we do our best to ship quickly, delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high demand.
Order cancellation
Before we pack it: Yes. Email hey@fiboli.ca with your order number ASAP. If we haven't started packing, we'll cancel and refund you.
After we pack it: No. Once it's packed, we can't cancel it (food safety + we can't resell it). But our fiboli™ Happiness Guarantee covers you - if you get it and don't want it, email us within 7 days for up to $50 back. You keep the product.
We pack orders fast (usually within hours), so contact us quickly if you need to cancel.
