I was sitting on a beach in Sardinia, brainstorming business ideas with my partner, when my gut reminded me I'd been eating nothing but carbs for three days straight (photo above is from that trip).
Pastries for breakfast. Pasta for lunch. More carbs for dinner. Zero fibre. My digestive system was not okay with this.
I have a sensitive gut. It needs fibre to function. And I hadn't packed anything remotely helpful for this trip.
That's when it hit me: this isn't just a vacation problem. The same thing happens at home when life gets busy. Fibre gets skipped, meals become whatever's fastest, and my gut pays for it.
So I decided to build what I needed: a high-fibre cheat meal. Quick, portable, actually good.
A year of recipe testing with food scientist Clark later, fiboli™ existed.
Real fruit. High fibre. Plant protein. For when you need your gut to not hate you.
That's how this started.
It all started on a beach with bad breakfast options...

Why we called it fiboli
Once we had something we couldn't stop making, we needed a name that meant something. "Fib" came from fibre, the foundation of good gut health.
"Oli" came from oligosaccharides, the prebiotics that keep your system balanced.
The shape-shifting breakfast
You can top your fiboli with fruit, stir in nut butter, or add a little crunch if that's your thing. Or don't add anything at all.

Built for and by people who care
fiboli™ was made for people like us, by people like you, the ones who check ingredient lists before buzzwords. The ones who want food made with real ingredients.
Still stirring, still curious
fiboli™ started as an experiment and became a daily habit. We still tweak, test, and taste because that's what keeps things interesting.
